1. Bayview's other part
Bayview itself is a lot bigger than we think it is. The playable area is just a part of a seperated bigger and unnamed city close to the east and the south.
All the pictures are taken while flying using a trainer. I'd also suggest looking at the mini map to get some coordination.
2. A road under contruction possibly leads there
There's a road or a train track that is above our heads at the center of city core which is not shown on the map and cannot be explored.
It's exact location on the map:
But with it being finished it might look like this, making it a perfect entrance for the other part of the city.

3. Floating cars.
You're not supposed to be able to see that
4. The Highway on the island to the west
There's a highway with moving cars (textures) on it. Pretty suspicious because we have no clue where that might be heading.
5. Ghost city
That one is actually the "race world" hidden "underwater". The race world has some closed roads opened (for example the tunnel highway in the middle of city core), and some races require those to be opened. So the race world is hidden under the water surface, and cannot be seen without flying. When the game was still in beta, those roads were open and they didn't want to remove those races, so thats why the race world exists.

I have no idea why would they close those roads. Makes no sense. At least we have a way of exploring them.

just say if that geographical map of Bayview represents Bayview and Olimpic city in distance lower than 1 mile that is so funny if "hero" goes from one to another instead goin on foot xD(becouse it's square-like just like OC)
