As odd it may seem, the city in pictures 1,2,3 is The actual Bayview! Don't smash your head thinking how, because i will explain everything in my upcoming video! It's just the angle, so that's why it seems so weird!

It's just the angle, so that's why it seems so weird! Man you misunderstood that. Its about "Bayview east side"(unknown part) not bayview itself. These textures surround Bayview from 3 sides(east-north, east and south)

These textures surround Bayview from 3 sides(east-north, east and south) Okay my bad! No, but rly, i showed my how high my IQ is! But anyway, it isn't 100% that Bayview was bigger and those textures could actually be driveable areas! It can be just random textures that the developers put arround the city. (Ya know, to make the game look more realistic) But anyway, it is just a guess.

That could be exactly why the Pan City textures are there in Carbon, for scenery, to make the surrounding look alive.

That could be exactly why the Pan City textures are there in Carbon, for scenery, to make the surrounding look alive. in case of Bayview its to close to be simple scenery. It's inaccessible extension which makes Bayview bigger.

Basicly Jackson hights was test of idea of canyons (they started early works over engine and ideas for Carbon right after they finished UG1), so i'm not surpriced that they used some of it.

What about this is just a background?! Did someone check if you can see this place from somewhere on the map? You cant see it on the GPS map, but you can see it from Jackson Heights.

I don't think you guys theorized this before but do you think the roads to the east of Bayview have some connection with the buildings next to Beacon Hill and Hotel Plaza? I'm beginning to think they're drivable now and we just haven't found out a way to get to them yet. For one, Kacpa's idea is prety logical, the roads you can see around that area are much too close to the rest of the city to just be scenery. I noticed, also, that they don't touch the side of BV that we can access. I'm beginning to think that the Bayview Bridge track was supposed to be used as a link from Eastern Bayview to Western Bayview.

But not fully roamable without trainers or a glitch. Obviously it is close to Bayview, as the airport is fairly close to Bayview.

This place reminds me of the road under construction between stadium and the city core paint shop. Above this road is also an unfinished train track, I forgot to mention in. My thread.
It could be somewhere there, but the surroundings are other, could be behind the paint shop, close to the closed tunnel
