Let's create our own game! GTRcars are creating theirs so why don't we create ours? Here are programs that are easy to use:
Set1: Visual Studio Express, XNA, a book on C# and XNA Set2: RPG Maker VX Ace Set3: Basic Set4: Unity3D
Note: You only require one set for a game. I prefer either Unity (because it's easy) or RPG Maker VX Ace (because you can import files from other games).
Maybe we can create a racing game and take Rockport and Palmont and put them together into one map. (with the canyons and San Juan of course)

Just Palmont along with canyons, San Juan and Drift Course it's our most realistic option. As long as they're all connected properly. So a) we should first wait for MW to finish his Carbon stuff and post his final accurate Geographical map of Carbon. b) afterwards we would have to merge Palmont with the canyons, San Juan and Drift Course, and we would also have to merge certain canyons between them... which will require creating both uphill and downhill connector roads here and there.
All this sounds too good to be true, am I right?

I can make additional roads linking canyons in blender, but you have to start the whole development first

We also have to get the geography right and not like the map in Carbon. Rockport and Palmont are already ready, we'll just copy paste the files from World. But, we'll need to change the scenery and add connectors. Plus, what about the road after the broken bridge? It will lead to which canyon?
But, we CANNOT upload it to a local site or we could get sued for using cars without the manufacturers permission. Studio: ? Game name: ? (Ultimate Speed) my idea

Behind the Turnpike, you don't need to add Tri-City, instead, remove the blockers, and make it continue for some more ingame kilometers. After then an actual broken road (a broken bridge, cannot pass through it) could be added. Falling in it resets you. (or just make the road continue to Bayview)

If not, Journeyman's Bane or Desperation Ridge.

Not to disappoint guys, but i don't think it's such a good idea unless someone ACTUALLY knows something about game making and other stuff or however you call it.
@nismo about the cars permission, they don't have to be real cars. I mean, they could be fake cars BASED on real cars like GTA etc.
