can you please post a version without- or with minimum compression? I'm struggling to hide the artifacts...
This can be cause by imgur compressing it too.

All I see in that map is just an improved water texture. :I

All I see in that map is just an improved water texture. :I Am I missing something? Yeah, but the map didn't really need so much, so i added some better water and contrastet the map a bit. If you zoom in into the canyon locations, you'll notice it's easier to see them |

All right, I've decided to finalize the whole thing then. We have two major submissions, RubenG's submission, and mimio82's submission. I've marked both with the proper text along with proper credit, and also made a slight change to the water colour in RubenG's map. However, choosing between these two has been very difficult for me. RubenG replaced all water in the entire map with an actual texture, added an awesome looking fade around the borders, and gave all roads an awesome looking outline. Mimio82 got the contrast boost right, and added depth to the sea area, somehow making the entire thing look a lot more simplistic, but pretty awesome. I've decided to choose mimio82 as the winner. Why? I'm serious with you - i have no idea. Every time I compare the two, some feeling just makes me wanna chose his over RubenG's. BUT! Both maps are going to play a big part in the final video. RubenG's map (because of the road outlines) will be used for showcasing the canyon locations, and mimio82's map will be used for showcasing all the cities we've found outside the playable areas. So here they are. Not full size by the way! Those will be uploaded later on along with the video. RubenG's map:  mimio82's map:  mimio82's map with the cities drawn (needed for the video):  I wanted you both to win to be honest - it's a direct tie. But I've chosen mimio to obtain Defy Gravity as a steam gift.
