I found a video on youtube.This video shows us that there are hidden and mysterious files that have something related to NFS World.
The most intresting files are the Boss,Speedtrap and Lap_ko BIN files
The duel.BIN.Boss race.BIN files: Was NFS world going to have bosses for players to challenge in order to level up or get new cars or have a storyline?
The Speedtrap.BIN files: These files have something to do with the Speedtrap races featured in MW05,Carbon. Was NFSW going have Speedtrap races?
and the Lap_ko files: These files shows that lap knockout races featured in the Underground games may be included in World

What devs? No seriously, what devs? The game ran without devs for like an year now and it's just dying. Nobody cares enough to put it out if its misery too. Or at least shut it down till it would get a medium or large team of SANE and CAPABLE devs (unlike BB, which did a lot of crap to it and they're responsible for its current state along with EA to be honest) to fix all this bull shit from the spoiler below. Having the game moved from EA to a private & non greedy company would also be needed. 1. Unfair cash cow free2play system (the game wasn't free at first and it should have NEVER become free because cash cow bull crap happens when any MMO goes free which is the free2play system getting added)
2. Hackers (auto finishers being the worst, and banning them has always been an issue for the persons in charge of World)
3. Unfixed Bugs and servers issues (you all know what I’m talking about)
4. Still no Free Roam chat (disabled ages ago literally only because World's former dumbass devs couldn't ban the chat hackers and this whole issue was crashing the game for the other players)
5. No ghost mode (option to turn off collision between cars in races because decency, something this game fails to have), not even in Private Matches
6. Most of the times, the only "new features" of the game were either "new" cars (some are special editions of stock cars or previously retired cars [they've gone extremely far with the focus on cars, BEST NFS GAMES DON'T HAVE OVER 100 CARS YOU DUMBASS DEVS FOR FUCK'S SAKE >_>], not all new cars are actually new). Also, these "new" cars were SpeedBoost only, which brings us to issue #1 of NFSW. Oh and, this was happening when the game had some devs actually, now there's not even such thing as "new" cars lol. Good thing in a way. Between no new content and scam so called “new content", I totally pick no new content.
7. Unbalance between many cars in terms of performance (in my opinion, overpowered cars shouldn't be nerfed instead just buff much slower or underpowered cars)
8. Unfinished new roads (the connectors between Rockport and Kempton, and the canyons, which were 95% finished or something according to the former devs) When were you born? Yesterday?

Ok bro calm down! Back to topic: what do you think about the hidden gamemodes? Well, some of them (if not all of them) are leftovers from MW2005 and Carbon due to the game having their cities on its map. There's shitload of these in World's TRACKS folder.

Back in 2010-2011, there was an event loader that could be used to load unreleased events. There were a few very short sprints, which were probably planned to be used for a Most Wanted drag like mode. One of the EA developers, probably Eduardo, mentioned an early drag mode that would use a runway located to the west of Rockport's airport terminal (where the connector roads are supposed to be).
Some of the circuit tracks in NFS World are lap knockout tracks from Most Wanted. Three of the lap knockout tracks were included in the March 5, 2010 closed beta (as circuit tracks), but were removed from the next beta and never released again, Chancelor Way, Rosewood Drive, Rosewood Hillcrest.
The overlook meeting place was in the game since early 2011, but not released until Feb, 2013.

I think the only Most Wanted lap knockout track left in NFS World is Rosewood College. There are also tracks that never made it into World, and some that were renamed, and at least one that's misnamed. In the past World mistakenly used the name of Beach & Chancellor for what is Camden & Fisher (now called Station & Fisher) in NFS World, and later mistakenly used the name of Beach & Chancellor for Condo Row. The actual Beach & Chancellor track in NFS World is misnamed State & Warrent, and Most Wanted's State & Warrent track is not included in NFS World.

No, I don't mean why the gamemode isn't in the game, it's quite obvious that it would have a lot of problems, the question was about why the knockout tracks as knockouts were removed. rcgldr is right, they might have been just too short for a circuit. Though they could've made more-than-2-lap circuits..

On the last lap, it's one racer versus many cop cars, and the one racer has to complete two more laps before running out of time, which usually happens, since there is too much time allowed even with all the cops slowing the racer down. Sometimes the cop players would get smart and setup road blocks which worked a bit better. Everyone get points for this, either for winning the race or how often and how hard the cop cars rammed the race cars.

But again, the knockout race could be up to 5 laps long, which is pretty long. Well, it could shorten out depending how many players are on the race, but on single player, it would always be 7 laps long.

Great idea It would be a very cool gamemode, since you can drive NFS World cop cars. Another idea would be that the Heat Level of cop cars increases after every lap, so the first one to fall out uses the Dodge Charger, then 2 fallen out racers get the undercover Chargers and so on.

7 lap Pursuit Knockouts are ideal. I know, there are 5 heat levels, but undercover Corvettes and even Cross' Corvette exists in the game files. So, the last player would be chased down by Heat Level 6 Corvettes.

So, the last player would be chased down by Heat Level 6 Corvettes. There is even a helicopter. I have an awesome trainer with car switcher. There are options like: Trailer truck, Ambulance (guess which ambulance, yes you are right, this one which was in every open world NFS unused), Undercover Corvette, Heli and more hidden cars. this^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
