 Making this map was kinda difficult because the game is so dark that only the mountain ranges can be seen from far away. The quick race map tells that San Juan is to the east of Silverton. No one ever believed that, neither did I. Looking at San Juan's landscape told me that San Juan IS ACTUALLY to the east of Silverton, however, it's a lot further than the quick race map tells us. It has deserted rocks around it indicating that there may be a desert up there (which is logical due Silverton being based off Las Vegas). The gameplay you see in the video below has been recorded on the XBOX 360 version of NFS Carbon Demo, and most of the theory have been based off of it. San Juan in the full-version look exactly the same, so there are no differences. |

Mate, I've also found some interesting stuff around San Juan's landscape using the Outside of Level Glitch EDIT: Also, I've noticed something.  Remember this huge mountain? In NFS Carbon it's nowhere to be seen, but in NFS World it returns. Where did it go? I understand that Palmont is aproximately 20 miles away from Rockport, but you still would be able to see at least a part of this mountain. Some fishy shit is going on here. Maybe that "UNKNOWN MOUNTAIN" in your map is actually the huge-ass mountain we see in NFS Most Wanted (2005) ? |

Yeah I've noticed that mountain too. If Palmont and Rockport are that close to each other, that mountain over there could be the Carbon canyon, or at least an eastern side of it. But if they are that far away, that's pretty much possible, yeah! Or maybe it's just a mountain, who knows? I'm gonna go check it in NFSW, then I'm gonna analyze your video  |

Alright in NFSMW we can see 2 mountains far away. Well, NFSW is a little bit different.  A lot closer isn't it? Here's the hill to the North of Silverton, where there used to be a higher mountain in Carbon.  I've took at look at a comparison between this mountain and a hill to the north of Silverton (where Carbon Canyon should be).  That's all I could find for now. I'll look into Carbon next time, but I want to hear what you think first  |

Took a look at your video, intersting stuff mate ! I think I should consider doing that glitch by myself again I have no idea why but I was a little bit scared in that black void back then lol paranoia |

If you we're Searching for San Juan, head to Fortuna with the OOL glitch. Palmont University to be exact. When you see Mystery City, head to the island next to it (to the left) and you will find San Juan.

Hi
You made this map after demo not retail. In retail version it's seems to be between Silverton and Downtown but its false. It is on east from Silverton and this city seen on other side (far away) cant be Downtown Palmont becouse it's to far. There are only 2 possibilities or its Rockport or Pancity. I will do small map for you in paint(i dont want to waste time in Gimp or photoshop).

Demo San Juan = Full Version San Juan. Just look at my map at the first page's first post. Yes it may be a little further but it's probably at the exact same location as your pan city is. But pan city is not really the topic here, this topic is for the full version San Juan |

In full version there is city far away to east where is mountain in your map based on demo. I only want to point that, scenery around demo San Juan doesnt fits 100% with final(desert rocks and a shaped rock are stile where they could be but there is no mountain now it got replaced by city far away.

OK i took 2 screen(this time enjoy my Ryan Cooper style 240sx[all those replicas are made by me you will see more{offtop}])  Silverton seen on the west side of San Juan(what a miracle one of not so many places in NFSC where compass work well[ofcourse in city it works as well].  South East side city far but closer than Silverton, it can be Pan city or rather Rockport(Pan City is asumed to be far to north Behind Carbon canyon(as it is placed in Deadfall Junction see thread) And A shaped rock(to south)  Peace |

I was a bit wrong maybe those "South east City" is just farest piece of texstures of Old Mystery City(or just scenery to make San Juan to look Bigger) Those are South East those which EP2213 shown are to North mainly.
