i strongly disagree with the sentence no matter how much money you have.
If you have IQ of 180 and whereas i have an IQ of 60. And have billions oh moneey and your probably renting a house whereas i live in 100 mansions with 10000 sports cars, a private jet, and everything money can buy.
Now who wins? Yes. Yes money cant buy happiness you might say. It can buy you lifetime suppiles of a pizza and probably a penguin. Have you seen a sad guy with a penguin? Money owns the world m8.Intelligence is needed to make money. But hye stupid people can be billioners too. Its called Dumb Luck.
