I wodered where is drift track. So i took my car and used OOL glitch to found it. Here are some screenies  Drift track itself.  Kempton on south-east from Drift Track.  Downtown Palmont at north. Sadly thera are only a bit wrong placed mountains no other districts(one mountain looks same with mystery island but without city or any light). I will make map with location of it, but later. |

There appears to be a bridge on the drift course, so maybe it's connected to drift course by the bridge on Downtown Rockport but since NFSW was released, the bridge wasn't open
Also, you can also see that bridge in Kings Park (district) of Downtown Palmont

There are billboards for palmont speedway in san juan and south kempton. Just wanted to point that out at least its in the city  |

You now i tried some laps on open drift track(OOL glitch) and it seems to be simple race track with many curves(i drive there with BMW M3 GTR) I already made some circuits in my imagination to race xD

First about bridge in Kings Park  I'm sure that you think about this bridge, so here it is.  Here i show where it goes. It turn over street and goes further to Downtown Palmont.  And goes between buildings... |

 Last place where you can see this bridge(it goes deeper to downtown and seems to be metro or something)  So i made map after landscape on drift track and draw way of this bridge which you tought is over drift track but it's not(not fit to landscape and goes deeper to Palmont) |

Hmm this smells like the road above our heads in bayview city core heading east. Plus Rockport has some rail lines heading out of the city too. Is this some kind of thing like mysterious cities that every nfs has?

Another tought. The road heading down there from Silverton is a little bit strange to me. Since my carbon is still not working (mrr grr) can anybody check this road for me?  |
