At first video, in 0:18 like MW said, it's only can be "Pan" City, but there are some buildings from MC (maybe the interior from MC?). Try using VLC Media Player More Pan textures from Carbon Demo There is that tower from Silverton in the Casino Buildings Was Pan a codename for Palmont? Or maybe it has been used in the context of Panning a Camera.    |

Santefe might be an early name for Silverton, since those graphics are of Silverton.

Santafe city texture stands for far low poly Silverton. Very good findings. Third texture is for downtown skyscrapers.
