South Canyon and other discoveries

That's exactly what i think, these airplanes is from rockport if you ask me, but since zv said there's palmont in fairhaven airport. I think there's an unseen airport in palmont city.

Exactly, it makes sense that palmont is far away from rockport, since it were night, when the player arrives palmont. That also makes me think that there's an unseen airport in palmont. I think it would be the next big research proje t. But C'mon lets start it, don't just talk about it!! Lets start it!! We have to research the unseen airport in palmont guys!! The only hint in carbon is those airplanes, the second one is in MW2012. But lets start researching it!! You shouldn't think that secrets is only things which the eye can see!! You have to see behind your eye!! We don't know, where we find hint about palmont airport!! It can be anything from a road in chinatown to a building in silverton. But we have to start, and don't just talk about it!! I really want to see this research project start! It's a really interesting theory.

This dont seem to be good proof. I give you proof why this is bullshit.
1st As we can see in career intro player drives slowly, in addition it make sense cuz he dont want to atract police by infractions
2nd Cross just cannot leave RPD immadiently (even if he got fired from there)
3rd We know that Cross was bounty hunter in Palmont area cuz affliction with Darius(as Darius said:"I didnt remember to let bounty hunt in Silverton Crock" so Cross is around for long enough to be known by Darius, and Cross know him. That means that Cross is in Palmont for longer than few days to be known in the city by highest boss (we dont know that rest crew bosses know about Cross).
All this together shows that our trip was much longer and its not affected by distance but events and maybe player at first didnt want to go to Palmont. Reason? Cross get there faster than we(he had his car so he cannot use plane to go there faster. So stop this bullshit about day/night time.

The scenery is Palmont, but I can't recognize the canyon.

We know the distance of Rockport to Palmont is like from LA to New York, Palmont somewhere in either So Cal or No Cal and Rockport is somewhere in the northern east coast.

Just because the Player left Rockport at day doesn't mean he drove straight to Palmont to arrive at night.In fact, Cross was much longer in Palmont working as a Bountyhunter before the Player arrived.Also, Rockport played day to evening, means the player would been in Palmont after a (at least) few hours, which is impossible with a car....

The Player was definitely doing other business before he really drove to Palmont, must been couple of weeks and months.

I'm not sure if Cross drove with his state cruiser which was a C6.R, in Carbon he has a Z06 with a much different paint job, tho the base stripes resemble his old design, but some Details like the lines replace the crossed vehicles he had on the left or right front...custom rims and spoiler etc...but it can be just because they used a new corvette era.

There might be an airport somewhere or the planes are just flying over Palmont because its below airways, I haven't seen any plane in take off/landing formation...using the chopper with copter mover the planes are coming from behind the canyons and flying over Palmont.
