Gameplay: Carbon/Driver San Francisco

Customization: Carbon, Underground 2, Pro Street, Shift (1/2, but I don't know exactly how they work)

Cops: Something like the new Hot Pursuit 2010, but with less use of powerups, and more cops (something like the new MW 2012).
And different cops for each city.

City: Palmont City, Rockport City, Olympic City, Bayview, Tri-City Bay, Seacrest County, Redview County, Motor City, Fairhaven City, Mystery City (from NFS Carbon and NFS World as the same city), and maybe Paradise City (**** the logic, I just want it)

Gamemodes (Offline as a racer): Canyon Duel, Canyon race, Duel Race, Circuit, Timed Circuit, Sprint, Race Wars, Lap Knockout, Crew Knockout, Sprint, Speedtrap, Drag, Drift, Highway Battle, Checkpoint, Time Trial, Job, Street X, URL, Outrun, Pursuit, Free Roam

Gamemodes (Offline as a cop): Hot Pursuit, Interceptor, Pursuit Free Roam, Rapid Responde, Free Roam

Damage: Something like the NFSHP 2010, NFSMW 2012 and Driver San Francisco. Also, as a option, cars could be destroyed.

Graphics: NFS World (but better)/NFSHP 2010

Cars: Every car from all NFS games (+700 cars) (Maybe all Burnout Paradise cars)

Traffic Cars: NFSU2, NFSMW, NFSC, and Burnout Paradise (+100 cars)

Storyline: Yes, in a way that can include everything from each city, and old NFS Games

Online: Yes, something like NFSW


Note [1]: Maybe the game would have the gamemodes from Burnout Paradise.
Note [2]: Hacking is the unique way to drive the CopHelis, and maybe planes (**** the logic²)
Note [3]: Yes, I counted all cars from old NFS Games + the traffic cars
