So basically the images just show an earlier stage of 14th & Vine Drag and Market Street, but nothing that different.

Just less adverts on buildings, partly different buildings, much more fog.

The train is also in the final release but it only crosses the street when you race the construction version of 14th and Vine...

The japanese version of NFSU has more things than the english NFSU. For example, look at those cutscenes that aren't seen in the english version.

The first one is also in the german version (not sure about the english version)
I think I saw the second one once, but I'm not sure
The third one is weird tho. A car that performs a wheelie and an extra TJ (in junkman samanthas car) cutscene with kinda weird graphics too, but it could be just me

I'm not sure if they're in the English Version, I never lost to those races and I can't find a video with those cutscenes in the english version.

You can just rename the sequences to a different Video e.g. tutorial or intro to watch them so you wont have to start a career or use NFS U Tool to go back to these race events...

These are definitely in every version, why shouldn't it be in english version when it originally is from NA...there's even a sequence they never finished it left in early 3d stage.

That car isn't doing a wheelie, it's taken by tow truck because you lost against TJ.Those sequences play when lose or end the races, the first one is sequence when you challenge Sam.


Oh and about the buildings on Page 1 which you at the end of Main Street drag are in the City core of OC as well...when you drive Market Street you can see them from the asian garden hill (you can see them from else there too but its the easiest view).They aren't from Bayview, they are from OC and reused in U2, like some others.
