Actually, to recognize a proxy with WMIP, it should say "Type: Proxy" next to it. Assignment can be anything it wants it to be (Static, Dynamic, whatever). If the Type is blank, then still not a proxy, as it shows the same shit for Kacpa, for my IP and even for ZVs (I do believe that's just a bug).

Not all the proxies can be detected, that's the main problem. And VPNs can't be detected at all.

I'm pretty sure you would get fired from a job for pissing off the staff, so kind of the same thing. You did piss off the forum staff for spamming "give malik a chance" everywhere. You were also trying to force us to do it. We gave Malik MANY chances, and he took advantage over them. I'm pretty sure you were there too when Malik got his 3rd/4th ban, but you weren't active at that time.
