I hate drift, Can someone help me win a drift event? Because everytime I cross those damn red lines I lose points causing the AI to get a rediculous amount of points making it impossible to get first place like what does it take to maintain a drift and not hit the wall? please reply

You need to learn basics my friend and happily i'm the one ready to introduce you to good lvl drift. However my advises wont make you straight away champion a.k.a Millionaire (1 million<X). But it will help you to get in front of all bots really easily. First thing is the car. You see....we have 3 types - Tuners, Muscles and Exotics. Not all of each type are good at keeping their asses at the bigger angles than zero (muscles which drift in normal races due to sluggish handling are not good start for beginners since they have very poor responsing controls and due lack of grip they just go on like boats both in free roam and drift). You need to start with RWD tuner. (Best start is the RX-7) together with practice you need a configuration and technique. Config is best for begginer (you cant set it in performance shop just "rebuying" part fir free and setting it) Here it comes: -Engine (mid.for more control with my technique use full torque instead) -Gearbox for max acceleration (left) -Suspension(mid and slight oversteer) -Tires for Drift/slide -Brakes for full rear -Nitro full speed -Turbo medium (leave in middle) Ok now lets get out of garage son. Drift course and canyon drift drasticly in manner how car handles. It is more realistic and smooth in canyon when on DC its stiff and very sharp (in fastest cars, in slow ass muscles you wont notice a difference). First you need to learn how to use ↑ (up arrow) button propely. Use engine to make tighters or widers drifts. Its simple and just needs some practice. Whe youre drifting (use handbrake to start drift well) releasing up arrow makes car to drift tighter and go closed point which it faces and eventualy leave "drift-stance" pushing button makes car to drift more. You need to combine both together with proper and soft controling of left and right after few tens of restarts (i heavily recommend Look Out point for practice, in quick race menu it is in Downtown not "Canyon". I have over 2000 rides there achieves from which 60% are restarts after painful fails) you will start to learn the car and proper steering. Later on you might use all nitro to speed up. Last very important advice. If releasing ↑ is not enough to avoid upcoming wall use handbrake it may roscue you. That's all for now, go get some practice.

*all my advices apply to drift course aswell, however you must learn to make shaper turns because cars are turning and "tighting" drifts way more than w n Canyon, Remember that. And son, you can go and practice.
