Alright, so let's celebrate my return with some theorizing! I've got 4 textures within the game files here that I've found interesting! This one looks pretty much like the loading screen background of NFS carbon, and the player's crew's theme. But in NFSU2 it seems to be a magazine background. At least according to the game files.  Autó motor. This is a hungarian magazine. Why would any american development team choose the best car magazine of such an unknown country. lol  Take a look at that map. Where the hell is that? Looks like beacon hill, but it isn't! Neither coal harbor!  You can see these buildings in the background of CAR LOT NUMBER 2 according to the game files. But high buildings like these are never seen in city core!  Leave your toughts, please!  |

First picture : It was left unused in the game for 2 years till Carbon came.
Second picture : Is Auto Motor really an unused magazine?
Third picture : It's not anywhere in the city.
Fourth picture : Hmm, there are similar buildings like these in Downtown in Palmont City.

Looks like beacon hill, but it isn't! Neither coal harbor! You can see these buildings in the background of CAR LOT NUMBER 2 according to the game files. But high buildings like these are never seen in city core! Leave your toughts, please! Nice findings as always MW, this third texture seems to be beta Bayview or something, but look at race icon it's same with UG1. |

I guess that one of the first plans for Bayview was having a port when you arrive and not an airport. BTW, I have my fan-made map of Bayview but it's different, want a screenshot of it? I played NFS Underground 1 and at the end of one drag race i could se some textures that resembles Pan City from NFS Carbon Demo.
I am sorry i don't have the pics because NFSU1 is not a free roam game and it's very restricted.
