What does "Top x%" mean? Is it procentage of wins on the track?

What does "Top x%" mean? Is it procentage of wins on the track? No, it's your rank in the world. Ex: Let's say that there are 200,000 NFSW players. If you're ranked in the top 10%, that means your ranking is from 1 - 20,000 in the world. |
