it's UG2's debug mode!!!!! we're just getting into UG2 soooo.... yea. also just curiosity is there anything else different? like beta cars, textures, MAPS even!!
I also found carbon's debug mode but no tutorial.... it's a 20 second clip but it didn't work for the guy.... but at least we know what it would look like :
also felipe, try using the same combination in carbon (the string that u used in UG2 try it in carbon and see what happens

BTW UG2 as far as I know was gonna be a complete midnight club ripoff.. (WHY DID IT NOT HAPPEN?!!!!!!)
look : license plate styles, all the cars and customization are a copy paste from midnight club (duh it's EA)
