It looks like fanart. (the Lexus especially) The bridge kinda looks like a beta version of the drawbridge. Perhaps like Kacpa said, it could be that in the beta, only one part of the bridge existed. Perhaps the other was broken, or it might be a malfunctioning drawbride (I know there are drawbridges where are in one piece, and they rise up)
