Someone else figured out that this was a small blocked off area in San Juan, and I figured out hot to get there using the out of bounds glitch. Here's a video: |

Wait a minute, is that...fire? Yes, if you pay attention as Nikki drives into that area during the Carbon intro video, you can catch a brief moment where the fire is visible at the right edge of the image, at about 7 seconds into the video. The intro video skips forward past the part where you could see that column with the two fires, so it's barely noticable. The fire is always there in free roam. |

BTW found the area where you get to choose your car in the beginning of the game in the menu, who wants screenies?

I just don't see why there's fire there Just decoration. I'm not sure why the intro video skips past the part where Nikki drives by the column with the two flames (maybe there was a rendering issue). There are two fires at the north west end of Fortuna, the road with the two 90 degree turns. In Silverton, the locations like Troy also have flames, but that makes more sense. There's a steel mill / foundry in a shortcut tunnel in Kempton which has flames and molten metal. |

Interesting. One thing I noticed is that there are still barriers from races. This place is locked, why it would need a barrier?  The same thing happen with a beta place:   So, might this place was planned to be free roamable (I don't know if "free roamable" is the best word for this sentence) |

@379felipe How you got that vinyls over stock one in GTR(in NFSC it acts like cars exterior part like vent or windows, cant put vinyls on that)?

@379felipe How you got that vinyls over stock one in GTR(in NFSC it acts like cars exterior part like vent or windows, cant put vinyls on that)? He probably hacked by using hex editor i assume that, but you see. The "stock vinyl" is not a vinyl at all so hex editing might not be enough(as i said its integral part of the vehicle which dont allow vinyls on itself at all(when you get GTR in career or my cars by hacking)) |

The "stock vinyl" is just a texture, it can be esily removed by replacing the texture code with any other code. |

Easier way to get there (trainer)
1.Start a race in san juan
2.Go pass the barriers
3.Warp to that location.
