This is pretty weird because it's actually on the map yet we can't access it. It's in Callahan industrial near the docks. And sorry about the quality, this was taken from my ipod. The first picture is supposedly the entrance to that area but it's been blocked off. Pic #2 is what that area looks like from the outside. If you have this game on the PC feel free to use cam hack and post what this area looks like from the inside. Attachments:

unfortunately yeah, and I heard they're planning to stay like this, a small studio not in the mainstream. Too bad they're one of my favourite studios, I could help them after my studies  |

I don't really think a blocked train track means anything. You wouldn't have gone to a new DLC area by a train track. That's so ghetto.

May have been a cancelled part of the railway system, but that seems unlikely.

I think it's a train track that leads to industrial, everyone may have to ask the Industrial's permission, thats why it closed

Maybe its unfinished because its out of view for the players if you look from accessable areas without cam hacks? The same thing is done to roads and train tracks in like all NFS and sure other games cause why does it have to be finished if no one can see it and its a game.
