I have noticed this game hasnt been mentioned much. Is there anything worth theorizing on about it? I dont care if its a random soda can on the ground just is there anything worth mentioning about it?

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! You see, The Run is a bad as$ game (heck, it's my favorite NFS), but there is absolutely nothing to theorize about. It's empty.

There is absolutely-nothing-to-very-few-but-not-important stuff to theorize in The Run. So that is why we are not focusing on The Run. (theory-wise)

Run has it's own universe (I quess) and own main protagonist, also it's based on real cities (new york etc.)
I would say that it is a Need for speed spin-off
