So it seems that this car was supposed to be in the game, but it's not. You can't buy the car and it doesn't seem that you ever could. But why? (you can get it using a car changer cheat tho)
-The car model is completely finished, the car has sound and it drives normally.
-It can be customized. (it even has bodykits)
-Heck, the car manufacturer even has collector achievements.
So why it wasn't released? Problems with copyright? The developers just didn't want to add it?

Isn't Vauxhaul the european brand of Pontiac, and the Monaro the european version of the GTO, in Australia its HSV I believ? So isnt the GTO in the game already?
I don't think there were license issues cause they already made the car...unless GM dropped it but I doubt...for how long is it in the files?

It's British Opel basicly, but since they wanted to offer some sportier cars, they got rights of production from other brands such as Pontiac. Best and the rarest version of Vauxhaul Monaro(the VR500) is better than Pontiac GTO. @elvismiks No it's not copyright prob, if you licensed such thing and implemented it there are no probs with that. This is due EAsy Studios being nothing more than team to vacum clean the servers, but only when these "serverlord" mentioned by them let it to happen. No dev nothin', i believe that these"tranfers" made by EA dropped few last BBs to just implements what was left and then they got fired. EAsy has no one to develop NFSW, just community menagers and dev team for BF P4F. |

Ah, tho, they are all owned by General Motors I read and the sub brands like Vauxhall, Opel... are focused on the european market (and holden etc for australia).

Vauxhall/Holden Monaro is the same like Pontiac GTO, which older version is in game, so it is not the licensing problem.
HSV is for Holden like Ford's SVT, Mazda's Mazdaspeed, Mercedes' AMG or BMW's M Motorsport.

There's also an achievement in NFS World called ''VAUXHALL COLLECTOR''.
When i saw this achievement in the ''achievements list'' i found it weird because there are no vauxhalls in NFS World.
