It is possible (also Cross couldnt be fired that fast from RCPD) player should hang in pan city for a while but there is lack of any evidence other than cross's mention and night time at career intro.

Maybe Bayview and OC are between RP and Palmont. This could be an explanation why when he leaves rockport is day and he arrives in palmont at night

If Bayview and OC are so close, then why did the player take a plane from OC to Bayview? It is logical that he didn't drive directly to Palmont but still

Well what i think about oc location it is to west of palmont and bayveiw is east to rockport well the player escaped palmont to oc by car so it isnt far from palmont and if that is true then it is near palmont and far from bayview

Wait, Bayview is also on the west coast of the US, so I think he came from a city near the Mexican border and the reason why he went to Bayview to airplane is might be that Bayview is near the Canadian border. |

Well lets stop the oc thing we dont know what he did exept that he escaped with darius supra to oc then bayview and then rockport and maybe pan city and then went back to palmont city
but we still dont know how darius knows cross maybe cross came looking for the player in palmont (cus he became a bounty hunter) and then maybe pan and he caught him when he was going to palmont
