We all know Rog right? Our helper in NFSMW by giving tips blah blah and stuff. However I found one weird connection from Rog. Rog is from Underground 1 or 2 and I think he keeps watching the player win races and all. I have some proof for you. When you first race Rog, he says "Look what the Underground let loose. Let's see how well you do in daylight" Weird right?  Then later on in the game he texted you saying "People as far as Bayview are throwing cash down on this" You see??? This just shows that Rog is from Underground. He followed the player everywhere without the player knowing. |

You wanna say he stalker the player for 2 sears and made it to the Blacklist 16? No he isn't... Or maybe after the player defeats Eddie, Rog went to Rockport. I have no idea why he was placed on Blacklist 16. |

It's more of a reference to the UG series than that he is from the UG series.
(Really, EA did OpenWorld references in the Terminal Velocity DLC pack for NFSMW 2012, in the airport)

Rog is surely only in MW, those phrases are references to Underground titles, as you also get 10 grand Bonus if you have played U2 .Tho, the first phrase can be a slang tho...besides I don't see what these phrases tell you that he's from Underground...like if I'd say this kid acts like he's from mars and waiting for his mars friends = does it mean I'm from mars to know how he acts??? it's just a saying.And if I say "even girls from santa barbara (or new york, houston, paris...) are comin to this party = does it mean I'm from santa barba??
Even people as far as orlando bet on this...

I think the devs of MW made him the kind of character that knows abit about the player's past already, which is why he brings up underground references. But what's kinda weird is, he sounds JUST LIKE the guy in the introduction of NFSU2 who says, " There's a role in my posse for ya, and I ain't takin' no for an answer. "

I probably said that already...but whatever rog says can be just a slang or a slang and relate to Underground, but just by words, not by story.

If I recall correctly, Rog is the guy that supposedly supplies the unique performance parts in the back of the garage (you get these from markers).
