So, while I was trying to mod the game with secondary logos, I found these: (WARNING MANY PICS) ^No idea what this is ^You could make vents? ^Unused vinyl group? ^6 performance packages? ^No idea ^Ummm... no idea too ^This is the menu(?) where you could change neon colors as on the prev. img. ^The interior neon! ^Hood decals. BUT WHY NOT IN GAME?! ^The same ^The second layout ^Paint bumpers? Remember to delete pics from your quote (if you will quote) These all are not in game, but why? Too complicated customizing? There are more of these in FrontB.izc file. Just didn't want to post too many pics.

I see U2 was going to have hood decals like U1. They removed these stuff possibly due to memory limitations.

1. Switching body parts, probably removing doors which became the special doors in U2.
2. Not making vents, but changing the rear quarter, this was probably replaced by just using the rear bumpers or wide body kit.
3.Looks like the vinyl from NFS World, haven't played for years and months but I remember this one...

The level 4-6 tuning kits were cut early in development due to no code or reference of them being in the retail version. I don't even think the textures are loaded when the game loads.
