Im pretty sure some of them are available in the game for purchase, there are specific one's Im sure about...others can be unique rims which are only once available when Rachel offers you unique parts...

Yes, but you can't unlock some of those rims. Well, maybe, but someone needs to check.

Some could be as I already said - unique parts that you get offered once, the choosen part is available for all cars afterall.
However, for about 95% I saw most of those rims, and some are available in the parts store.

These rims are hidden and aren't offered as unique rims, except the Oasis Tear Drop rim, the only rim from the 18. Watch this video. Go to 1:00 Yeah there is only one hidden rim available as a unique and that's the Oasis Tear Drop for both normal car and SUV. |

The last 2 rims on the Evo are avalible in the game ( in the US version anyways, you might have the euro version ), one's called the Konig Hurry and the other is also Konig but I forget the model. What's interesting to me is the fact that the 3rd, 4th, and 5th pics look more like muscle rims than anything, but that's not saying they originally had classic muscles planned to be in the mix aswell, it was more than likely something for the GTO and Rustang ( lol ) to give them a better selection of rims.

They are all familiar to me, especially
1, 2, 6, 7, 9, 13, 15, 16 and 18.Some might be only for SUV's and US content can be different to euro, e.g. different cars, car names and the US Version has best buy and old spice adverts in the city...there are also 3 or 4 more sponsor vinyls (old spice, best buy...forgot the others)

They are 0.30, but on the pics the rims have 0.80 and the rim that is supposed to be Konig Hurry, is more golden. Geez ladies and gentlemen, why can't u believe me?  |

They must've been unique rims at first but after changing the colors and dimensions they probably decided to change them to regular parts, that also explains the fact that I never see any AI's with MP3's or Hurry's. Now for the rest of the rims, like 1 and 2, they look A LITTLE like some of the rims in the game but the 2nd one looks more like deep dish versions of the rims from the 2005 Gallardo than Giovanna 6-ovals. I kinda like 'em. |
