I have this game on my PS2. The game is pretty awesome.
Anyway, I saw this close road near the Lexus dealership. Dunno why it's closed.
And if you visit Wingman Highway (that's the name of the highway, I guess. Haven't played this game for almost a year) you'll see some city lights on the east and west. Is that some closed city or something?

Why this game dont have on-city roads?
A racing game that uses highway only is not too fun.

I think the road could lead you out of tokyo, that's why it could be closed and yeah, It sucks that it has only highways, but it has TOUGE! (I love legit DRIFTING) |

Now i figured it out.
I'm trying to see closely that road, it had a CONNECTOR TUNNEL!!!
It was connector to bayview or palmont lol
IT WAS CONNECTOR ROAD TO TOUGE! (may be)
