One more i think : Or maybe the road could be a connector to SRS city because its published by NAMCO too. Or it connects to a bridge, because there are no more buildings over there.

Isnt Tokyo Drift located in Tokyo?
If so SRS has only cities in the US...and why the f*** every closed road in every game has to be a connector to a city or a blocked road, seriously? PARANOIA?
In most games closed roads mean nothing and only have the purpose for a realistic setting, there's only a short section of it measured by the field of view, they are build as far/high/low as the player could normally see without seeing the sudden end - and sometimes they actually build an interchange and the road ends behind the buildings left and right.

I think the road could lead you out of tokyo, that's why it could be closed and yeah, It sucks that it has only highways, but it has TOUGE! (I love legit DRIFTING) But the Question, where it does lead? Secret City or Secret Wangan/Highway or Touge?

I have this game on my PS2. The game is pretty awesome. Anyway, I saw this close road near the Lexus dealership. Dunno why it's closed. And if you visit Wingman Highway (that's the name of the highway, I guess. Haven't played this game for almost a year) you'll see some city lights on the east and west. Is that some closed city or something? Wingman ? You mean "Wangan Highway" ?
