I installed UG 2 last night and I pretty much have a good experience in that game (those good old memories). My first car is the Nissan 240SX because it has a fair speed and handling.
My first thought of the game: "Looks like I'm entering the game of mysteries (if you know what I mean)." I did the first few races and explored the city. While travelling I thought: *gasp* I SAW mystery city, I saw mystery lights thingy, I saw mystery highways, I saw a Burger King sign, MYSTERIES EVERYWHERE better make a thread for that. Lol seriously, I'm not going to make any UG 2 mystery thread because that will make me look dumb.
While racing, the game crashed. Dunno why. I lowered the graphic settings because I set it to ultimate but it still crashes. I tried changing the crack launcher but it's no good. Can anyone help with me with this random crashing problem? Thanks.

What is your operating system and what year is your PC?
If you have W 7/8/8.1 you need to right click on speed2.exe choose "solve compliance problems" (or kinda like that)
Do what you think it is right. Click test program, it should run without any problems.
And graphics do not have anything to do with crashing.

I have this bug too when i first play UG2, the game always crash when i win or lose a drag race. But now i fixed this anyway  To fix this bug, do you make sure you have all the files? Or maybe about the virus. I dont have antivirus on my computer, but it still working. |

Well it's 1.1 GB when I download it. Plus it just crashes in a random time.

Well it's 1.1 GB when I download it. Plus it just crashes in a random time. What? 1GB??? But my UG2 Folder has more than 20GB! Really? Pls show the images or it did'nt happen 20 GB?  Something's definitely wrong. BTW, my UG2 installation folder is 1.69 GB. |

Do you mean your problem is : the game lagged? If yes, Maybe d3d9.dll file. I have it to fix the bugs.
Or, use Razer Game Booster to speed up the data loading.
