Please don't start posting rude or offensive comments if I get this wrong, this is my first theory. Okay people, my first theory. Let's begin. So when MW posted a picture of a canyon with a great view of MC - nfstheories.boards.net/thread/110/interesting-image, I thought that could be the unfinished canyon with deleted textures? Maybe to hide the Mystery City. So maybe the unfinished canyon could've been finished! I've never seen a canyon with that great of a view of Mystery City. I'm not 100% sure this is right, this is my first theory. |

That is not possible! Unfinished Canyon is just Lookout Point without textures and breakable barriers, it is used for the first part of the career mode where you start in Lookout Point but that has textures and still there are no breakable barriers, after this, going there will make you go to the same place except that there are no textures Also, map for locations of canyons (credits go to Dillano609) :  It contains the Unfinished Canyon with it too. |

Thats the OOL map. Maybe Unfinished canyon is the lookoutpoint in MC s map, thats why in MW's pic it is so close. |

Is not the unfinished canyon Eagle canyon? What? The Eagle Canyon is the West Canyon, the Eagle Canyon Easter egg is near the North Belleza track but it's removed since 2011. The unfinished canyon is a canyon track not a full canyon. |

Exactly. Maybe this canyon was originally planned to be in NFS Carbon. But the dev's had lack of time so they cancelled it. And leave it unfinished.

Wait. I know this is an old thread but when I saw Lookout Point in the Mystery City map, it looks like it's too close to the other roads to be a canyon. Let's look at the Unfinished Canyon, no scenery and no breakable barriers. Maybe no scenery because Mystery City was deleted and no breakable barriers because the Unfinished Canyon was never a canyon. I think that Lookout Point in MC was the Unfinished Canyon but was just a normal path to drive in since it's too close to other roads.

Maybe no scenery because Mystery City was deleted and no breakable barriers because the Unfinished Canyon was never a canyon. I think that Lookout Point in MC was the Unfinished Canyon but was just a normal path to drive in since it's too close to other roads. What really confused me was that you face Kenji in Lookout Point in MC (NFSC DEMO), the landscape was so far but in the map, Lookout Point was so close to the other roads. yes might be right. Lookoutpoint cannot be this canyon in mc map maybe unfinished was meant to be in this place as roamable route but cuz totally undone mc there wasnt any scenery done for this ver. of Lookout point |
