I need a help, my UG2 Controller (Up etc) always lagged. Sometimes when i click A to move or others, the game too late to control the car. Also in main menu, the game too late to control Left - Right - Continue or Back. Can you help me fix this bug?

Either your computer is so shitty that it cant handle UG2, or you are a fucking bad driver. Problem solved. You can thank me later.

Did you get a dx3d8_42.dll not found or something similar when you installed UG2 and launched it for the 1st time? Did you fix it by downloading the dll and putting it in the UG2 installation folder? If yes, then 1. Delete the dll file from the installation folder 2. Get this: www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=81093. Install it 4. Run the game

Putting a d3d9 dll directly in the installation folder instead of installing DirectX can cause lag. This might be what's happening unless his PC is too old like @elvismiks said.
