Ever since my first theory about Bayview-Rockport through the Heights crashed and burned, I've been having trouble finding something worthy of theorizing on, especially on Carbon which has been theorized the crap out of. But whoop-dee-doop, looks like I've found some things that somehow escaped the keen eyes of the guys from NFST: An unfinished railroad in Silverton possibly leading to San Juan or whatever bigger city it's in. I guess you want the screencaps now, so here they are:
Real suspicious stuff here.

You must be wondering where it starts. Apparently the track appears to be cut off near the parking lot shortcut in Darius's city race.
Strangely enough however, a train can occasionally be seen passing on the unfinished track towards parts unknown.
How this track might look if it did go to San Juan, excuse my crappy MS Paint skills.
Now if memory serves me right, a highway linking Silverton to San Juan can be seen from Eternity Pass, but what if a railroad is part of that highway? No railroad can possibly receive enough lighting to be seen from quite a few mountains, so the rails must be a separator between lanes instead of the usual guardrails seen in Highway 142.
On to the other stuff now. It's not as big as the railroad find but it's still something of notice.
It's an enclosed lake in Kings' Park. There's probably a 0.0001% chance that it could connect to a river but we can't be sure without having a look through camhack as OOLing here is impossible as it is enclosed by roads and has no nearby bus stops to exploit (if proven wrong please send screenshots of the lake via OOL)
