It is not ovarall, but after contacting with both EA and Microsoft via help chat I need to say EA does have better customer help than MS.
EA - helped me all the way, sent me links to change password, and gave me a -15% discount code for Origin (won by raflp)
MS - After 7 seconds they sent me a link with a page with solution, but nothing was there about my problem.

BlackBox isn't exactly "alive". It's just that there were some of the former members of Quicklime still at EA Vancouver and they decided to form an Elite Special Forces team to rescue World  |
