I figured I'd make this a thing since nobody seems to be talking much about the predecessor of every NFS since HP2010. Talk about your Stunt Run times, funny moments, greatest crashes, best car, anything about the game!
Here's one story about one crash of mine that was particularly satisfying. As I was foolishly attempting to barrel roll a Hunter Civilian on the split ramp bridge, it hit the railroad instead and flew through half the bridge. It was satisfying to see that understeering piece of crap eat it, man.

I want to talk a bit about the old map: So, we can see a lot of differences in the map. Downtown was more grid-based. Harbor Town (or whatever it's called) was much different. The mountains had twistier roads, and there was a Coal Harbor-like area to the south. To the south-west, there was something odd, sand-colored. A small town? But, obviously the biggest difference is Big Surf Island. It used to be a huge airport. Had this map come out, the runways would have been fun to have fun on online. Now I look at it, the map was cool. However, it was changed and downsized. The more observant of you may have noticed DJ Atomica make a reference to the old airport and saying it had sunk during a freak storm. Before an update, you could see Big Surf Island and several whitish structures on it. You could access it thorugh glitches and hacks, and it very much resembled an Airport. I hope that Burnout Paradise gets a PROPER sequel, not Hot Pursuit or Most Wanted. I hope that the map becomes similar to the beta one. I mean, it's not like Criterion have much to do. I have to say, that the beta map was REALLY cool. Much better for exploration and a lot more realistic. That's all I have to say for now.

As a proof of it you can watch the video below and see some deleted bridges leading to nowhere:

Whoa, the I-88 would've been abused so much more for Road Rages had it stayed that big in the full version. Again, nice find Felipe. And we wouldn't have a South Expressway Bridge to abuse for Stunt Runs
