tbh. look at the structure around. It's really kinda similiar, and I know what I'm talking about  but I think that's just coincidence tho :/ |

Probably just one of those recycled map designs, like GVR-Jackson Heights.

Thing is though, you can say that every intersection is a recycled design if you look at it like this.
Think about it in an in game perspective: The road in UG2 is a highway, the road in MW is a park and a few streets. Not similar at all.
