So...yeah...um...I've noticed that we really haven't talked about life stuff here (well there is a few) much. I have to admit it but I am a kind of guy who sometimes thinks about this generation and not about love life, my futures, etc...
Let's not talk about games here for a momment. Sure, all of us here (slightly) agree that the current generation games are awesome. But have we looked in the reality? The reality in which people are falling from and stuck in a so called "smartphone"
Now I have my own opinion about this current generation. As I have noticed, almost all the people in mah country have their heads on their phones not even knowing what is going on around them. Everyone taking selfies, chatting on phone instead of talking to others. That is horrible in my opinion. Believe me, I saw some group of friends or families are on their phone or tablet or whatever instead of talking to each other in a restaurant. And that is completely wrong. What happened before these smartphones are invented? We are all, laughing, having good times, always being together and a lot of good friends stuff. Ever since this smartphone got invented all of these good times seems to be slipping away. Now people refer "good times" as "playing smartphones". Where are the times when you play outside with their friends with a jump rope or toys or RC cars? Where are the times when kids play outside in the weekends instead of locking themselves in their room with their phones? Those times where the best even for me. I have a great childhood before these smartphones invaded Earth.
I have a fear that one day, people will reject books, knitting, and other great hobbies. They will reject these precious items because they though owning a smartphone will complete their life. Now, I have a couple of "brainwashed" friends who doesn't have any HOBBIES AT ALL. When I asked why, their response is "Because is boring and I spend my free time on Facebook/phone instead of these so called hobbies." That really hurts me. Like a lot.
I just hope that one day, they will come to their senses that spending time on phones are wrong. Spending times with friends can even bring more happiness in your life. Do you think a smartphone will last forever? No, it will only last for a few months but friends can last forever. Try reading a book or do some interesting hobbies because these will help in us more than smartphones. What if you spend your time on phones instead of learning hobbies? Bad things will happen. For example, you are an adult and you accidently made a hole in your pants. What would you do? You don't know because you spend time on your phone than learning hobbies. Life is short so don't spend the rest of your life in your phone. There are lots to do in this world.
That is my opinion about this current generation. So what is your opinion?
