Remember, when you was take to a hospital after the incident ? Then, you know Sara ? The girls help us regaining our memories again ?
If you know, then how Sara get two "Toyota MR2" if her cars is lend to Player ?

A simple explanation could be that she owns more than 2 cars.
As far as we know, her cars are:
-Toyota MR2 (the one she gave to you for the tutorial)
-Toyota MR2 (the one she was driving during the tutorial)
-Nissan 350Z (the car she was driving in the final race)
There is also a possibility she owns a Subaru Impreza as well, but not sure.
Anyhow, it's not impossible in the NFS games to own more than 1 car, so your theory is false.
