There's that dump truck in MW...be aware some cars appear only in specific districts

And don't ya think this is old information...there's a reason why I never did a theory topic, there's nothing really new and I wouldn't have time to bother about such things, it's easier to comment else where if I know an answer/theory...you can also use the chat even on mobile (but you gotta switch to normal view), instead of makin like a hundred useless topics with the same shit.
