Well,this is going to be the BIGGEST theory thread I've ever made in OpenWorld Era section because this thread contains THREE theories that I've worked on in one WEEK.Anyway,without any longer text,here we go.

1.Changed The Look of Places
Here,I'm going to you about changed the look of places mostly on the intro of the game and the beginning of the game scene.Talking about the intro,it's absolutely an animation,not the in-game footage,I know.But,the intro takes place on the game,which is Camden Beach.Here're the pictures first.
It's definitely Point Camden,specifically north side of Camden Boardwalk.This goes on to the Camden Tunnel to the a big intersection that goes to South Gray Point and South Rosewood.There's nothing weird at here.But,it has came at this next part though.
Well,it goes to the Masterson Naval Shipyard and then,as we can see it looks different.The ramp which the RX-8 climb up to jump off is not the ramp with aircraft carrier in next to it.Later,it goes to a huge warehouse that we never see in the final game.
Now,let's move on to the scene.This thing is pretty minor but I think at least this thing is worth mentioning.
This car lot we can see is Rosewood car lot.It has some changed look at it which is the gates that never seen in the final game and it's surrounding which is the building with flag banner and lights next to it that also never appears in the final game.
2.Different Scenes' Places From The Actual Place
The different scenes' places that I will cover up mostly are the scenes from the beginning of the game and right before the end of the game.Okay,now here is the scene where you first time challenging Razor and the actual place.
The place in the scene is located is at the west side of Riverfront Stadium but in the actual place it is located at north side of Riverfront Stadium.Next is the scene where you first time challenging Ronnie and the actual place.
It seems like that the scene is located really near to the actual place.It's pretty minor though.Now,here's the scene where you challenging Razor for the last time and the actual place.
If you notice carefully,the scene takes place at Fairmont Bowl,you know,that little stage that looks like a half cutted bowl with a pursuit breaker with it?Instead of that,the actual place takes place near the exit to Highway 209 and Highway 99.
3.Hidden Pursuit Breakers
There're 33 pursuit breakers in Rockport as far as we know.But,there're actually 8 more pursuit breakers that they're hidden and unmentioned on the map of Rockport.There're 1 in Downtown Rockport,4 in Rosewood and 3 in Point Camden.Here they are.
These pursuit breakers are destroyable and usable to disable police vechicles.But there's a thing that lacked on these pursuit breaker that is the moment cam that shows pursuit breakers and police vechicles getting destroyed.
Here's the proof that it works to disable police vechicles:
So,this is pretty much of them.I hope this lookin' and hardworkin' these dicoveries will be time worthy.I'm not going to make theories out of these so I really want discuss about them instead.
