Been playing almost my whole life so far, and now I'm getting tired of it. So I need help with finding a new hobby.
I will make a little diary about it, about what I've tried, and how'd it go.
Just a note, I won't be doing any ball sport.

For some days ago. @alvin told me to turn off my computer for a week, so that's what I did. I started cycling down the streets, and then I sent a message to one of my friends that we can do something together, then we picked up another friend and we had some fun ringing on people's door bell, hehe. I also putted a gum into the school's door keyhole. x)
I only hangout with my friends on school, but now on the free time too. The friend gang is pain sometimes though.

Starting a diary? Cool. Tell us about your secret crush and stuff 'cause that's the purpose of Diaries these days. New hobby? Try baking. No. Bad idea. You might cause a nuclear explosion if you set the oven into 1000 degrees. Sleeping? Yes, best hobby ever. Read books is an easy hobby to learn. Read news and stuff. Sword figting is definitely some excercise and hobby for ya. Can't find a sword? Find a balanced umbrella. I use that as a sword  There are tons of hobbies in this world. You're just missing it out. But I believe you have other great hobbies inside of yourself waiting to be revealed! Go, adventurer, find those hidden hobbies of yours! |

Hard but it will gain you some popularity in school. Can't play? just hum with passion (it's what I do). I have stuff to say about hobbies but I can't put it into words |

You could exercise, I do that a bit when I'm not gaming. However, that is probably not for the majority of this forum, so I'm guessing you may object.
If you want to play an instrument, play the drums. Trust me.

Hobbies by definition are more something you like doing to fill your free time. That can be anything from reading, to baking, to hiking through the forest or meditating. So any other task you do in your free time other then gaming can be taken as a hobby.
I don't know you well enough to give good suggestions for new hobbies. Whatever you choose to try out as a new hobby do give it a week or two o see if you do enjoy the activity.

Sports
But if you're not comfortable with running sports (you said you don't wanna do sports), try out the gym/weight room or home'n'outdoor work-outs for start-up.
Going Out
Go out with your friends like parties, clubs, shopping, movie, diner, beach, ball park, bowling, other minor sports (mini golf,...) and other hangouts, hook up with new people, dating girls...

If he doesn't know himself what he should try out, he should definitely try something new and get outta his shell - and it should involve socializing rather than being primary on him but
He can and should have many hobbies at once...
Like he can set up a workout program, I don't know his physical strenght so I start low.
Drill, 2-3 sets, no equipment.
If possible do it in a row with a 30-2-5 break (30sec, 2min or max 5min) after each set or split it into 3 zones like morning, afternoon and evening or morning, afternoon and night.
30 Situps
30 Crunches
30 Squads
30 Push Ups
+ additional chest drill
I'd advice something for your chest too, there are serveral programs you can search for like flys, push ups with tipping your left shoulder with right hand and opposite (higher difficulty is one leg in air to train body muscle control , push ups on knees with legs crossed over in air.

How about drawing? It might be good for you.
Drawing is pretty hard if you want draw a Very good pic. But you can use your imagination to draw some pic.
Here i will give you some ideas:
1.Chatting
2.Youtubing (i mean, uploading videos to youtube)
3.Request taking (like someone request you to make NFSMW Honda civic mod)
why don't you have a new hobby named killing?

Simply, you're missing events, social events from a great party to a hilarious prank or the guy or girl that just had too much, the cool clothes at the store, the latest TV show or latest talk and gossip. I couldn't live s second knowin people are partying or hangout at the beach or just chill out while I'd sit home...that's boring, I wanna live ma life as long as I can with the passion I can. Playing video games can entertain you when there's really nothing up for about an hour or two, that's fine but not longer and not daily...life has so much to offer, why waste it playin video games? |
