So I've been dealing the Thai version of Chrome for almost half a year and some sites are on Thai even though their original language is English. I don't receive the "Do you want to translate this" notification too.
The only way to do this is to mess with the settings. Unfortunately, the settings are in Thai so I can't change it. Can you teach me how?
