Member of The Month works like this.
The sites staff will pick one candidate and another one will be picked by members.Well 1 member who the staff picked will be on the monthly poll for members vote on.And you guys as the members will give some(Max 6 but will be tolerated) good candidates for members to vote also vote on.Give a good reason too.The 6 other candidates will also be added to the poll. So now u guys get to vote on the 6 or more/less candidates.1 vote per person. The three top votes will be given some neat awards.The awards will all be chosen by me. (If u guys got some ideas pm me about it.)Any questions can be asked in the Monthly Vote thread which has already imerged in Forum Discussions. All members can participate but you cannot vote for yourselves. The member who has the most votes will be choosen as the the member of the month.
