Well, after restarting many races (jk, i had luck, 2nd race and I had such a car spawned) I got em. It's about the car that has front bumper not stock and rest (rear bmpr and skirt) stock. It was started in some other UG2 thread. Unknown bumper? Nope. This car from the side and back:  And from the front:  Actually its the Storm bumper, so dunno why rest is stock... |

No, actually this is not the only bumper that appears in this combo. I have no idea why this happens.
I tried more times to spawn such a car. A car with Storm-Stock combo appeared. No idea why.

Why is it that AI drivers never have unique parts on their cars e.g Bodykits? They did in the first Underground.

They were pre-built in UG1. The Black Box tuned these cars.
In UG2 they are random (except the wraths). Maybe unique parts are disabled
