In my opinion these are the best cars in each tier and class
T1 (Tuner) Nissan 240sx, in my opinion I think this should be in Tier 2 as it has phenomenal handling that could match a Tier 3 tuner
T1 (Exotic) Mercedes CLK 500, slightly faster I think than the Brera. Only slightly
T1 (Muscle) Chevrolet Camaro SS, it's fairly quick for its Tier and seems more "nimble" than it's friend the 300C
T2 (Tuner) Mazda Rx7, great handling fairly decent speed. And quite good accelaration
T2 (Exotic) Jaguar XK, I think it actually looks better than all Tier 2 exotic. And with much better stock handling
T2 (Muscle) Dodge Charger R/T, way more fun to drive than its modern counterpart, and it's speed can take you far into the career mode
T3 (Tuner) Toyota Supra, don't hate me for not choosing the Evo. I think it just handles smoother
T3 (Exotic) Ford GT, great car. With all aspects sorted you can't go wrong
T3 (Muscle) Dodge Challenger/Chevrolet Z06. I like the Challenger as it's powerful and has great handling for a muscle. And the Z06 as it's incredibly fast and can reach speeds up to 240+
