Ok, us mods are getting sick of all the 'pan city is west side of bayview because textures are the same' theories, so we've implemented a new, 3 strike system to deter these theories.
1st offense: Warning
2nd offense: 1 week ban from posting in theory boards.
3rd offense: 1 week site ban and perma ban from posting theories.
