While waiting for the game to load,Some screenshots showed cars in colors that are not available in the game. These included: Lime green Camaro, Blue Adventador and a black caterham.Is this beta?

I'm guessing not. Why? 'cause gas stations in NFSMW 12 aka "the color station" can apply paint on your car randomly.
Keep going to those color stations and you might get those colors

Dude, you ever played multiplayer?
You can change colors how you want and when you want. These are not there.
Someone even made a mod for a blue Aventador, so it's definitely not in game.

You are still able to get those colors with some Color Trainers

The gas stations apply a new color to cars in sequence. I checked. I went through every color on the Camaro twice. It was the same order each time. Green didn't come up. I've also tested it with the Firebird.Its black to yellow to white to brown

OK chill... I don't want to get banned again
So, you go to multiplayer (public or not doesn't matter)
You pick car mods (? the place where you change tires and nitrous ?) from easy drive
You pick colours and you have the list of colors for your current car. here a vid
go to 2:20 and wait for this dude to show ya how it works in multi (for those who don't know)

all of the car colors are available the thing is that they are only available in certain points,
