Nah, its just in game boxy-balder ricer. True model is one from bust cutscenes(also some actor in final scene with nikki, has same clothesand hair as player (seen his face several times for split seconds when blur effect lagged).

to even expand it- people just give work names to things regardless to thing they do in that kind of industry(movies, games, stage acting, inscenizations or any other cultural themed activities where you need to plan/also name unknown by name thing/personas). It's mainly to make it easier to work with and to name it in script and during preparations). It's part of our nature to make things more familiar and easier to relate to. Its much easier to say:
"I'm texturing 'Paul'(model with a texture)" than "i'm texturing this random player character model"
