Well since Ruben left I need someone to help me out with designing stuff. I could do them mah self but hye everyone needs help.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RANK
1. A WORKING BRAIN
2. Any designing program. (Photoshop, Pixlr,) Heck, even paint if you are a PRO.
3. Skype. This is very important cause well I rarely check mah emails or any other social apps, sites. Also, its convenient.
4. Skills in Photoshopping, or just plain editing.
5. Understandable Language. As, usual me no need ZI RUSSIAN,ZI GERMAN OR ZI 1337. ENGLISH IS FINE BY ME.
6.Win the competition. BELOW!!
Stuff you may/will get.
1. Access to the admin area. LIMITED ACCESS. That means you can only tweak some stuff.
2.Access to the STAFF BOARD.
3. A nifty designer rank. Colour of your choice. EXCEPT PREMIUM STAFF COLOURS. GREEN IS AN EXCEPTION.
5. MAYBE FEATURED IN THE CHRISTMAS THEME.
6. GETS TO MAKE THEMES.
All you have to do is create a banner for the site. Simple right?
Theme: Christmas..
RULES
1. Must follow the forum rules.
2. Res can be adjustable.
3. U need to make it from scratch. Adding stuff from other pictures is fine. Layers are infinite. AT LEAST HAVE 5 LAYERS M8.
4. Provide a proof that you started it from scratch and just added in some pictures. (BEFORE AND AFTER sorta stuff)
5. ITS A BANNER M8. DON'T MAKE IT 1080px X 1920px or any other abomination.
USING A WALLPAPER AS A BACKGROUND AND ADDING IN A TEXT IS NOT HARD WORK.DISQUALIFICATION IS IMMINENT IF YOU CHEAT. TRUE WORK WILL BE REWARDED.

Not really a dimension (heightxwidth) but ok. I'll just go with the darker part of the top part of the site unless someone wants it bigger.
