YOU NEED A PS2 WITH FREEMCBOOT/PS2 EMULATOR FOR THIS
So I made a collection of the NFS PS2 demos that i had found previously and put them all together. Also i think i might have found a way around the problem i had with the NFS Carbon demo. The video patcher ONLY supports .iso images. so im going to take all the files from the carbon demo, make them into an ISO image then try it out. if it works then great because this is the last option i got. also i had said i couldnt get the demos to run by themselves but then i realized that all you need to have to run the game is the .ELF file which every demo has in it. the thing isnt done and i have yet to try it out and see if it works (which it SHOULD). after i get everything done i will upload it and post the link for it here
Demos included :
NFS Underground 2 NFS Most Wanted 2005 NFS Carbon (the method i used did not work so only ppl with PAL PS2's or an emulator will be able to play this properly) NFS Hot Pursuit 2 (MAYBE!)
NOTE : List might be updated over time, but its not a promise.
UPDATE : Well... it worked but at the same time it didnt. It loads the.ELF file and everything but after that all i get is a black screen. I think this is because the .ELF doesnt have the paths set to what files to load/use, so im kinda screwed here. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Bah, I think that is more easy upload each Demo disc than making a new .ISO with all NFS in one. Anyway, good luck.

well i just found out that there is no way to load the demos and actually play them (as soon as it starts loding my PS2 crashes. as in it freezes and i cant do anything except turn it off.) my suspicions are that there's no command telling the demos what files to load/look for (because i had extracted them from actual games, like Burnout 3 and 007 From Russia with love) so i would practically be loading a blank .ELF file (equivalent to a .exe on the PS2 OS). i cannot do anything with this except send the files to an expert and let him make the commands or find out why it wont load. If any of you guys can provide any input/help it would be greatly appreciated.
EDIT : I tried loading the .ELF files with PCSX2 and i got the same result as i did when i tried on the PS2. A Black screen. i also tried making the demo files into an .iso (actually i only tried the Carbon demo) and it gave me the disc read error message saying "Please insert a disc with Playstaion or Playstation 2 format", which is also known as the Red Screen of Death in some occassions (meaning your PS2 can no longer read disks)

I guess you can't load files from a disc unless it has a menu (like DVD's) where you can't select chapters/episodes, bonus...in this case select a single game, you need one disc per game or somehow create a menu.

Well, seems that isn't possible make A demo collection in just one .ISO. :/
Anyway, I can upload all 4 demos (in different .ISO files) in my Mega account. At the moment I have: NFS Underground 1 Demo - From a demo disc. NFS Underground 2 Demo - From Burnout 3 Takedown. NFS Most Wanted Demo - From 007: From Russia With Love. NFS Carbon Demo - From a demo disc.
What do you think Tryp?

Guys thanks to the Underground demo disc i might be able to finally make the collection. im 50/50 on this since i have failed twice before but it might work. my plan is to replace the other demos in the demo disc with the NFS demos i have and try to load them from there. i needed a menu and this might just do the job. Wish me luck

k i played the MW2005 demo and here are the differences and some of the things i found that are different from the final release (i was playing it from a USB meaning some of these effects might have been caused because the USB was slow) : 1. Car Acceleration is ATROCIOUS. The M3 GTR has less acceleration than a starter car in UG1! WTF?! The RX8 has great acceleration in its first 3 gears then it does the same thing as the M3 GTR 2. I found a possible out of level glitch. so i beat the sprint rave for the 2nd time just to try out the RX8 and it put me in a cop chase. If you know anything about the demo then you probablt know that there are 2 barriers at the beginning of the race in the shape on an "L". So i went head on into the barriers and pressed "Select" the second before i crashed into it and the front of the car was through the barriers. afterwards i got busted then came here. so yea ): 3. Massive stuttering and frame drops. When you're in a cop chase the game seems to be running at about 20 to 25FPS and when it does get to 30 it stutters like crazy, so it wasnt the most pleasant of experiences. Not only that but the max amount of cops i encountered at once was 25, and there the game did not want to go back up to 30FPS no matter what. Also the graphics were much better in the demo than they were in the final version of the PS2. The scratches on the cars weren't dark gray, instead they were silver and very detailed. There's slightly better AA too but its barely noticeable. 4. Drag races have no barriers but it resets you if you go out too far. it doesnt actually let you go that far and when you do your car dissappears and everything in the HUD freezes except for the time, then it restarts the race, saying "You Lost! Off Track" or something like that. 5. Cops are extremely light sometimes and sometimes they're tanks of death. So literally tapped a cop and he flipped over somehow... Logic not found. Before that a cops smashed into a traffic car and it looked like it teleported from one place to another of how fast it went flying... EA... always EA. 6. Cross's car was missing lots of detail, and i mean LOTS. it all looks fine until you actually pay attention. the lights on the back of the car look like a hexagon, not round like they do in the final game. 7. The cars were grippy as hell. This made me want to rethink what i have said about UG's physiscs. I barely move the analog stick to steer and the car almost does a U Turn. When i saw that i questioned the function of having a brake button because it was USELESS. if those were the same in the final game it might have been in the UG league of physics... Atrocious! 8. Traffic cars were slightly heavier. Self explanatory I think. 9. In the last race (against Rog, a drag race) if you manage to crash into the side of the truck that gets in your way after you go through the first intersection, its lighter than the cop cars when you crash into them. It's hilarious seeing how puny a truck can be with the right (in this case, wrong) physics. 10. Free Roam was still called "Explore". If you go into the options menu and look for the "Player" section (Not sure if its the player section but its somewhere in there) it says "Explore Map : Rotate". But that doesn't mean free roam was meant to be available in the demo, its just the map for cop chases most likely. 11. Engine sound for the M3 GTR is very low rev in every gear. 12. The M3 GTR's vinyls have a stronger blue than in the final game even with visual treatment off. 13. The default M3 GTR was meant to be dark blue not red. (The red M3 is seen in some screenshots and can be unlocked with a trainer, and it didn't have the same shade of blue as the M3 that Razor steals from you.) 14. The beta map is roamable in the demo and cops, just like in the final game can spawn beyond the barriers and go through them at will. There are also some missing textures in the dock, and can be spotted if you pay close attention. 15. Nitrous seems to last forever. I guess the acceleration of the vehicles was the main reason nitrous was put into the game, especially when it lasts for about 15 or 20 seconds. 16. Heat Lvl. 3 cops cars are the Heat Lvl. 4 cars in the demo and Heat Lvl. 5 has the cars from Heat Lvl. 2 (Undercover Ford Crown Victoria) and they're insanely fast. Its like they fitted an F1 engine into each one of those. 17. Cops are much more aggressive in each Heat Lvl.. Each Level in the demo would be a level higher in the final game (Example : Heat Level 1 is Heat Level 2 in the final game... hopefully you get it) 19. Cross seems to have a different voice in the demo than he does in the final release. 20. Tollbooths were meant to have a cop chase each time an event was finished. 21. The tollbooth race you get to play has a track that is oddly familiar to what we know about the Multipoint mode. It shaped like a circuit and has the 2 lines (The white line, and the green line) that appear in the start line of every circuit race in the mini map. 22. The "Complete" percent meter in the demo has decimals (like COMPLETE : 66.2%) 23. Every time you finish a race there's a different logo for the game at the corners. They are actually concept logos. 24. There's a little joke that BB put in the "Busted" and "Evaded Capture" screens in the demo. In the top right corner there's a Post it note that reads : "Pick up dry clean" and "Buy a dozen doughnuts" That's all I got for now guys! Some info might be coming on the UG1 as i already have it. I just gotta play it but I wanna play CoD4 atm

Just let me correct some things... 13. The default M3 GTR was meant to be dark blue not red. (The red M3 is seen in some screenshots and can be unlocked with a trainer, and it didn't have the same shade of blue as the M3 that Razor steals from you.) 15. Nitrous seems to last forever. I guess the acceleration of the vehicles was the main reason nitrous was put into the game, especially when it lasts for about 15 or 20 seconds. 13. Hmm, nope, the default M3 GTR always was red. The blue one is a custom car (I checked in the codes). Now why this custom is only blue, ask to BB. Btw, older SS can confirm that the default always was red. 15. Around 9-12 seconds to be exactly. 20. You know that is a feature for the demo only, right? There aren't any proofs that after Tollbooths races you would have a cop chase. 21. What?? Or it doesn't make sense, or I didn't understand what you mean. Anyway, good work making this list!

Aren't cops available in races? I remember that in some races cops would appear and chase you and/or the others drivers...dunno if it ever happened in Tollbooth races, or was that only in Carbon? I'm pretty I had that in MW too and the chase continued after the race.
Multiple point races just sounds like a kind of Tollbooth races in the form of Checkpoints ( like fireworks marking the checkpoint) instead of tollbooth (to allow a more flexible course).
This is known from Carbon, and other games.

The multipoint part is accurate but it just screams "Random" to me. i dont think it would have any specific order. maybe it was a cop VS racer thing.

@trypticon8 You know that the PS2 tollbooth doesn't mean anything about the multipoint events, right? That cut game mode had both forms (sprint and circuit). ---------------------------------------------------------------- About NFSMW Demo, I managed to hack the cars in menu and drive them!!! The code is very similar to the current game, but it have differences and is longer. Just some pics & info from what I got: Porsche Cayman SCuriosity: The Cayman S is the unique car that has the stock color set. Rog's MustangA closer look to the official Rog's Mustang: Rival's cars from the spring raceUnknown Subaru Impreza WRX STiFound it while checking other cars codes (yes, the BMW logo was there instead of Impreza logo). Wtf is this BB? Blacklist CarsBodykit missing: Jade's Beta vinyl: Beta Police HelicopterI tried to drive it, but the games just stuck in a infinite loading. Beta Civic CruiserIt was fun drive it. Notice that the Civic Cruiser has nitrous. Beta Undercover Civic CruiserThe "RPD" in the front looks more like a mistake from devs. Who need steering wheels? Cutscene Civic CruiserProbably the most detailed AI car in the game. Cross CorvetteCross Corvette without texture: Cross using a vinyl instead of it's texture. Notice that they have brake discs, something which the PC version of the game lack of it. Cop GTOCOP SUV Rhino HeavyCOP SUV Rhino LightBroken windowsSeems that the broken windows texture was different: 144p AmbulanceSemiThree infos about semi trucks and their trailers 1-Notice that the width of the wheels are correct. 2-The trucks have infinite mass, but they can destroy normally tollbooths, traffic signs, traffic lights, etc. 3- The trailer with tubes was glitched even in this demo. FiretruckIt's yellow instead of red. VanIt's missing ecar code. It has reflection (different from the final version, which is always looks like matte paint. MinivanThe windows are 100% black, probably it's a texture instead of windows. Cement TruckGarbage TruckTRAFCAMPERIt has 3 wheels, plus working collision boxes. So, yes, seems that all hopes for the OOL glitch has gone now. Some interesting informations: - Most traffic cars are white/gray because it's like the default color for when their texture isn't being used. So, the white/gray traffic cars aren't beta colors. - Traffic cars doesn't stop when you hit them, just like older NFS. - Flip cop cars doesn't destroy instantly, but makes a certain damage until it be destroyed 100%. - You can't break the window of the non-AI cars, for example, Mustang, GTO, BMW, Cayman, RX8, etc. I took more pics, but I'll post later together with some more pics from free roam.
