I must be fast, just 3 weeks !!
So, I tried to find something in TexEd and guess what ?? I really found something.... It's this: imgur.com/ZfdBvqvimgur.com/ilXpBabIt says WINDOWREFLECTIONCOL and how you can see, this is a classical scenery. There is Rosewood university, 2 roads and a big mountain. But I have no idea, where developers used this file in game. Hmm... window reflection. Windows of buildings have got a different scenery and car windows haven't got any reflection. Maybe traffic car reflection ?? maybe... And why it's interesting for me ?? 'Cause it looks like an in-game photo and I never saw this roads in game. I saw just this buildings, but not in a same place. And this roads in Rosewood ?? OK, maybe it's modified, but I think nope. So, What do you think, can it be a beta in-game pic ?? (and please, don't bump on my fucking english) |

Just because you don't recognize the road doesn't mean its not in the game, some guys on here said roads from early Underground screenshots were never in the final city, yet even tho I don't know the city that well, it was pretty easy to figure out the locations...without playin the game...
I guess this is the road that divides between the parking lot under the college and the road around the college.
it can be some artwork anyways

I found where was the "widow reflection" taken. It's in Rosewood university:

This place is a bit different. Nope, it's very different. If you compare this pic with the "w. reflection", you can see, that in final game is one more building, but there isn't the road on left. In final game there still is a part of land, where it led.

I need to ask. Where should the road lead ?? It can lead to the deleted part of Rockport (some connection with the mysterious bridges ??), but for me it sounds like "MC leads to OC".

I think that reflections is supposed to be from the other side (yours are east campus), west to the university (where the s-curve connects the baseball field) - at least these place look more similar (from my memory).
Hm, it looks like you're just too far away and at the wrong angle, drive closer to the divided road maybe??

This place really isn't in the game, trust me. It looks like it could've been the early version of the entrance to the underground parking lot, but what's really interesting is the fact that it doesn't look like the university loop is there in the window reflection whatever pic. It just looks like 2 or 3 somewhat straight roads leading toward the college.
